Melotropic Ads is a private tool used to manage and analyze Melotropic advertising campaigns through Meta Platforms APIs.

2. Purpose of Melotropic Ads
Melotropic Ads is used exclusively to manage Melotropic’s own advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.
The application may use Meta’s Marketing API to:
- create and manage advertising campaigns;
- create and manage ad sets and ads;
- retrieve advertising metrics and performance data;
- manage ad creatives;
- access information related to Melotropic’s advertising account, Facebook Page and Instagram account;
- measure conversions generated through campaign links.
Melotropic Ads is not currently intended to manage advertising accounts belonging to third parties.
3. Data Processed by the Application
Depending on the functionality used, Melotropic Ads may process technical information provided by Meta, including:
- campaign identifiers;
- ad set identifiers;
- ad and creative identifiers;
- advertising account identifiers;
- Facebook Page identifiers;
- Instagram account identifiers;
- campaign budgets and settings;
- impressions;
- reach;
- clicks;
- conversions;
- advertising spend;
- performance metrics;
- technical information required to manage and measure advertising campaigns.
The application is not designed to collect sensitive personal information from Facebook or Instagram users.
4. Smart Links and Conversion Measurement
Melotropic Ads may use intermediate pages or Smart Links associated with Melotropic music campaigns.
These pages may record technical information required to measure campaign performance, including:
- visits to the Smart Link;
- clicks to music platforms such as Spotify;
- campaign source;
- advertising creative or ad source;
- UTM parameters;
- approximate country;
- device type;
- browser type.
This information is used exclusively for campaign measurement, analysis and advertising optimization.
5. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Melotropic Ads may use tools provided by Meta, including Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to measure actions associated with advertising campaigns.
These tools may send conversion events to Meta for purposes including:
- measuring advertising performance;
- attributing conversions;
- improving campaign optimization.
Processing performed directly by Meta is subject to Meta Platforms’ own privacy policies and terms.
6. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Information processed through Melotropic Ads is used solely to:
- manage Melotropic advertising campaigns;
- measure campaign performance;
- improve campaign effectiveness;
- maintain the security and technical operation of the application.
Data is not used to create personal profiles unrelated to the advertising purposes described above.
7. Sharing of Data
Melotropic Ads does not sell personal data.
Information may be processed by technology providers necessary for the operation of the service, including:
- Meta Platforms;
- hosting providers;
- technical service providers required for the operation of the application.
Only information necessary to provide these services is processed.
8. Data Retention
Technical and statistical data is retained only for as long as necessary to analyze campaigns, maintain historical records and operate Melotropic Ads.
Data may be deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect credentials and information processed by Melotropic Ads.
Private Meta access credentials, tokens and application secrets are stored securely and are not publicly exposed.
10. Data Rights and Deletion Requests
Any person wishing to request access, correction or deletion of data related to Melotropic Ads may contact:

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when new functionality is added to Melotropic Ads or when applicable technical or legal requirements change.
